Data Deletion Instructions

Use these instructions to remove information associated with the Planvori pilot operated by Selvora.

1. Clear data on your device

Saved events and organizer drafts are stored in your browser. Open your browser settings, find site data for this website and clear it. This removes saved event identifiers and the local organizer draft on that browser. Delete downloaded draft files separately from your Downloads folder. Repeat on other devices or browser profiles you used.

2. Ask us to delete information we control

Current event submissions are stored on our server for review. Include your submission reference or original event link when requesting deletion. Clearing browser data does not remove a server submission.

Email mamadpil@yahoo.com with the subject Planvori data deletion request. Identify the email address you contacted us from or the relevant event/source URL, and describe what you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents. We may ask for a limited confirmation of ownership where needed.

We will review the request, confirm what we can remove and explain any information that must be retained and why. This page does not impose a fixed completion deadline or replace your applicable rights.

3. Instagram and Facebook

Visitor account connections are not currently active in this pilot. If you previously authorized the Planvori developer app during testing, remove its access through the relevant Meta account settings and email us to request deletion of any test data we control. Removing app access does not itself delete data already retained by a service.

4. Source posts and event removal

Removing a Planvori listing does not delete an original Instagram/Facebook post or data held by the organizer, Meta or a ticket provider. Contact those services separately. To request removal of a listing or image from Planvori, send its URL and explain your relationship to the content.
