Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms apply to the Planvori pilot operated by Selvora, including the preview previously called Nearweek.

Using event listings

Planvori helps you discover events and directs you to organizers or original sources. We do not organize the listed events or sell their tickets in this pilot. Confirm dates, venue, price, age restrictions, accessibility and availability with the organizer before making plans. Listings may be incomplete, outdated, changed or cancelled.

Event submissions

The form sends public event details and a source link to Planvori for private review. A receipt confirms storage, not acceptance or publication. We may decline, edit, verify or remove a listing. By submitting, you confirm you may share the supplied information and permit us to use it to evaluate and display the event listing. A submitted link does not transfer rights to photos or other material on the source page. Do not enter private addresses, attendee information, sensitive information or material you are not authorized to use.

Content and third parties

Organizer trademarks, posters and source content belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply endorsement, partnership or permission to reuse someone else’s content. External booking, Instagram and Facebook services have their own terms. Ticket purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled by the relevant organizer or ticket provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use this service for unlawful activity, misleading listings, harassment, infringement or attempts to interfere with security. Do not submit private events for public display without authorization.

Pilot availability

This pilot is provided as available. We may correct listings and change or discontinue features. We do not promise complete event coverage or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Corrections and contact

For a listing correction, content concern or removal request, include the event title and source URL and email mamadpil@yahoo.com. See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
